Note:
1. Vacancies may increase or decrease at the time of Interview. The number of Vacancies indicated as above are provisional and subject to change without any notice
2. All the above posts carry DA, HRA and other allowances as admissible under the rules in force in the University from time to time and Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) at Govt. rates is admissible to the persons with medical qualification.
3. It shall be open to the College to consider names of suitable candidates who may not have applied.
4. The College reserves the right not to fill up any of the vacancies advertised, if the circumstances so warrant.
5. Relaxation of any of the qualifications may be made in exceptional cases on the recommendations of the Selection Committee.
6. Separate application is required for each post.
7. For claim of reservation under OBC Category, the candidates should submit the caste certificate in the form of certificate to be produced by Other Backward Classes (Central list) for appointment to the post under Govt. of India.
7. The upper age-limit prescribed for direct recruitment shall be relaxable in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class (Central list), Physically Challenged, Ex-servicemen and other specified categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued in this behalf from time to time by the Central Government and adopted by the University.
8. For the post of Professor/Readers, other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.
9 As per rules, there is 3% reservation for physically handicapped persons. The eligible candidates belonging to Physical handicapped categories for the post of Lecturer and for Non-Teaching posts in various disciplines of the College can also apply.
10 Those who have applied for any of the above mentioned posts in response to earlier advertisement No.MC/Estab./2/11/2009-III dated 24.06.2009 will not be considered and the incumbents need to apply fresh.

1. The incumbent is expected to work under the close supervision of Section Officer or Assistant Registrar/Assistant Controller of Examinations. He should posses an aptitude for drafting/noting in English, office procedure, Data processing in a computerized environment and is expected to provide support services in one or more functions related to Educational Administration/Examinations/General Administration/House Keeping/Establishment/HR/Legal/Purchase/Accounts & Finance/Project management/Public Relations.
2. All the candidates for direct recruitment will be required to appear in a written test to adjudge their ability of expression and knowledge relating to their work. The selection being based on the performance of the candidates in written test and interview.
